Branch Performance Manager:

East West Bank is looking to fill the role of Branch Performance Manager, which involves overseeing business development initiatives and driving the sales of banking products. The Branch Performance Manager will be responsible for devising impactful approaches to achieve branch goals annually. This individual will also focus on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with other product managers to suggest bank products to business affiliates, and upholding operational guidelines for regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is advantageous for this position.
• Bringing to the table a wealth of knowledge and skills honed over 5 years in a professional role.
• Must have accumulated three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, with a specific emphasis on deep understanding of commercial lending or product knowledge.
• Skill in interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing balance sheets outlining a company's financial status.
• Competence in articulating information and addressing questions from a range of individuals, including supervisors, staff, clients, and society at large.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange, synchronize, and supervise the overall operations and undertakings of a fully-equipped branch office, encompassing the tracking and assessment of sales and customer service effectiveness against specified strategies and aims.
• Connect with existing and potential customers at the branch and through outside outreach endeavors to introduce new products and services to fresh clients and commercial establishments.
• Encourage patronage from customers, companies, neighborhoods, and civic associations to drive business growth; offer staff training in sales tactics, service provision, and product familiarity.
• Devise a comprehensive strategy to increase profitability for specific banking offerings through the branch's business plan.
• It is essential to conduct the necessary actions for the custody and regulation of assets, records, securities, and collateral for loans.
• Develop and present requisite financial and regulatory records as mandated by legislation, standards, and top-level authorities.
• Participate in community activities and engage with local groups as a means to promote and market the diverse range of products and services offered by the bank.
• Direct the performance management of branch employees, overseeing the responsibilities of subordinate supervisors who manage other staff members within the branch.
• Execute oversight tasks following the guidelines, protocols, and laws established by the organization.
• Moreover, responsibilities encompass conducting interviews, recruiting, and training personnel; organizing, allotting, and overseeing tasks; evaluating performance; recognizing achievements and handling disciplinary actions; resolving complaints and addressing issues.
