Job Description:

The Banker represents FirstBank by providing efficient and accurate transaction processing, identifying customer requirements through a structured consultation process, and recommending suitable banking products and services while ensuring high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of banking experience is preferred.
• Certification: Notary certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations on banking products and services in accordance with established guidelines, brand standards, and service procedures; refer clients to relevant banking specialists when necessary.
• Assist customers with both simple and complex banking transactions, including inquiries related to account balances, transaction history, service fees, and interest rates.
• Support Financial Center operations by performing duties across Teller, Teller Manager, and Financial Service Representative roles as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and business clients to support branch goals related to accounts, revenue growth, and service performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service aligned with FirstBank standards.
• Comply with all banking regulations, internal controls, operational processes, and risk management policies, including strict adherence to security requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability in daily duties.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
