As a Universal Banker, your primary task involves establishing and maintaining valuable connections with clients by leveraging your expertise in finance to suggest appropriate recommendations that cater to their requirements. • Establishing enduring connections with clients through comprehending their financial requirements and suggesting suitable products and services
• Partnering with internal departments like Mortgage and Wealth Management to offer customers access to specialized knowledge
• Managing a cash register to assist clients both inside the bank premises and through the drive-through window
• The responsibilities include establishing new accounts, carrying out account upkeep, and aiding clients with online banking services
• Identifying possible deception and other potential dangers related to operations or finances
• Aiding with bank operational protocols in accordance with assigned work hours
• Backing community engagement and bank-organized activities

Requirements for Universal Banker Position:

• A background of 1 to 3 years in customer service, financial services, or a sales-oriented position
• A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate is necessary
• Intermediate computer skills
