Client Services Banker

Job Description:

The Client Services Banker is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing transactions, identifying customer requirements through a structured needs-based approach, and effectively offering suitable banking products and services while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: One year of banking experience is preferred.
Certification: Notary certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations for banking products and services in accordance with established guidelines, brand standards, and service frameworks; refer customers to relevant banking specialists when necessary.
Assist customers with a wide range of transactional needs, including both basic and complex inquiries such as account balances, transaction history, fees, and interest rates.
Support Financial Center operations by performing Teller, Teller Manager, and Financial Service Representative duties as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer and business clients to achieve individual and branch goals related to accounts, revenue, and teller operations.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all customer interactions at FirstBank.
Comply with all banking regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including adherence to security protocols.
Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
