Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities:
Capably handle multiple duties while accommodating the fast-paced environment of the position
Exceed customer expectations by delivering service with a focus on simplicity, compassion, and motivation
Surpass both individual and branch performance goals
Cultivate and manage customer relations throughout the loan process and lifespan
Offer individualized financial solutions designed to meet the specific needs of clients
Handle the end-to-end loan process, from initiation to recovery, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory mandates
Engage in communication with clients and internal stakeholders across different channels like phone, email, chat, and specialized in-house software
Hold onto a resolute mindset driven by a passion for reaching and surpassing objectives
Assist in educating customers about optional insurance products to ensure a thorough understanding of loan terms and available choices
Sales Advisor Qualifications:
In order to pursue higher education or improve employment opportunities, one must have a high school diploma or a GED
Can work on-site during standard business hours and occasionally stay later, including on Saturdays
Capable of proficiently communicating through both spoken and written channels
Proficient at using technology comfortably and managing multiple systems simultaneously
Expertly managing confidential data with a focus on discretion and professionalism
Preferred:
Experience in sales, collections, or customer interaction is significant
Adept at using Spanish fluently, verbally and in writing
Previous roles within the financial services or consumer lending industry
Proficient in the use of loan origination systems and CRM technology is preferred
Having a grasp of federal and state lending regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is necessary
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Exhibiting skillfulness in addressing challenges and choosing courses of action
Proficient in both collaborative teamwork and independent tasks
