As a Loan Servicing Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a unique customer experience that is dedicated to enhancing financial wellness and fostering customer loyalty.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Offers information to customers about the alternatives they can utilize for their financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Fosters customer relationships through lobby activities and meaningful exchanges.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Identifies sales openings and directs clients to the relevant team members for cultivating relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Successfully resolves customer concerns through expert application of product and procedural knowledge.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No requirement for prior experience.
