• Ideal involvement with ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface.
• Possesses expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms, enabling the preparation of reports and business correspondence proficiently.

Specific Job Functions for HR Administration Manager:

• Manage the announcement of job opportunities, participate in interviews, and carefully vet potential hires.
• Manage the orientation and development of recently employed personnel.
• Assist managers in making decisions about hiring, firing, and addressing the conduct of their employees.
• Aid in overseeing the HR Generalist/Benefits Coordinator and Training Manager to facilitate the creation, execution, and revisions of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist employees with their concerns and offer advice when required, including guidance on career advancement.
• Aid in implementing effective strategies for managing relationships between employers and employees to sustain a favorable employer-employee rapport and boost employee enthusiasm and engagement.
• Provide recommendations to employees on the bank's disciplinary structure and supervise the procedure for enhancing performance among employees who are not meeting standards.
• Support with the administration of payroll activities and the creation of relevant payroll paperwork. Manage the maintenance of employee personnel folders.
• Aid is offered for the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans and the submission of EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reports.
• Provide support for the upkeep of the Performance Evaluation Software essential for State quarterly reporting.
• Furnish consistent reports for the Director of Human Resources regarding the activities taking place in the HR and Training Department.
• Manage the EAP Program and the Ergonomic/Safety Program.
• Tasked with managing vendors within the department.
• Support is requested for the quarterly confirmation of the 941 form and the Record of Deposits.
• Support with the oversight process in the HR Department.
• Aid in the assessment process of NMLS twice a year.
• Guide, nurture, and train staff members while delivering essential counsel and mentorship. Step in for the HR Generalist / Benefits Coordinator and Training Manager as and when needed.
• Function as the United Way Giving Campaign Organizer.
• Engaged in the Human Resource Benefits Committee for NHBA and MBA.
• Participating actively in community service activities.
