Job Description: Floating Investment Operations Analyst

The job scope of a Relationship Banker involves proactively engaging with customers to understand their financial goals and offer personalized banking solutions. As a Floating Investment Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting investment operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, and assisting Relationship Bankers in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist Relationship Bankers in managing client investment accounts and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and streamline investment processes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
• Analyze account information and reports to support decision-making for investment operations.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients, Relationship Bankers, and back-office teams.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate operational support.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support branch and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic banking environment.
• Knowledge of investment products and banking operations preferred.

Education and/or Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in investment operations, financial services, or related customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and operational procedures in banking is a plus.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Familiarity with banking software and digital tools for investment operations.
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance workflow efficiency.

Other Qualifications:

• Occasional travel may be required for training sessions, meetings, or assisting other branches.
• Capability to provide support and guidance to other banking entities as needed.
