Store Management:

• Spend approximately 20% of time managing key client relationships.
• Implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve objectives and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate the delivery of financial products and services, including customized loans, cash management, and asset supervision, by referring clients to the appropriate departments.
• Drive branch growth efforts, targeting both consumer and small business markets, with a focus on consistent daily and weekly development activities.

Team Leadership:

• Oversee recruiting, assigning, evaluating, training, promoting, and, if necessary, terminating branch staff.
• Coach and mentor team members to acquire the necessary skills for their roles, including understanding technical aspects of consumer and small business lending.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering training and guidance as needed.

Operational & Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure branch operations comply with internal efficiency, quality, and compliance standards.
• Adhere to all banking regulations and remain updated on regulatory changes.
• Maintain knowledge of policies related to the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, bank security, and other relevant laws.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in banking, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of supervisory or management experience in retail banking.
• Active participation in community organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, banking software, and office equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services; experience with consumer and small business loans preferred.
• Understanding and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding loan origination, including compliance with consumer protection laws such as the SAFE Act.
