Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Finance Executive include identifying and marketing loan/lease and turn-key bank loan solutions to prospective clients and established connections in the middle market segment consisting of private and public companies. The role involves engaging in direct sales activities targeting middle market businesses that operate in various industries like manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, and services, among others.

Qualifications:

• A business, finance, or related bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
• The ideal candidate should possess between five and six years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales, preferably within a commercial finance company or banking sector
• Proven track record in developing and sustaining long-standing partnerships with top-level managers in the middle market sector
• A self-reliant and persistent marketing professional with a keen entrepreneurial mindset and broad background in initiating, vetting, and securing various financial solutions.
• Established success in corporate financial sales with a track record of exceeding volume goals and building lasting partnerships
• Having the capability to continually spot chances and establish relationships with the candidate's current pool of contacts while also expanding their customer base is essential

Essential Functions:

• Kick-start and pinpoint novel business prospects, ranging from established clientele to actively scouting for new leads through cold calling and in-person discussions
• Organize in-person discussions with leads to present the range of products, pricing, and financing terms available through Northwest
• Exceed volume targets through the strategic identification, assessment, and successful completion of equipment financing transactions directly within the specified area
• Utilize insights from the sector, critical thinking abilities, familiarity with products, and strong communication skills in order to discern, foster, trigger, and uphold customer relationships
• Formulate, outline, recommend, and complete feasible finance arrangements
• Consistently monitor customer interactions and adapt proactively to keep pace with changing market dynamics and competitors
• Be of assistance to the credit function and staff when necessary
• Experience with Excel and CRM software is advantageous
• Maintain adherence to the regulations imposed by Northwest, alongside compliance with Federal and State mandates
• Utilize computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office suite, and department-specific software to enhance operational efficiency through effective technology utilization
• Function as a valuable member of a team
• Operate the on-premises machinery and tools effectively
