Job Summary for Assistant Branch Administrator:

Supporting the Market Manager, the Assistant Branch Administrator helps in managing the daily operations of the branch to ensure effectiveness, meet regulatory standards, and follow established operational protocols. Furthermore, responsibilities include guiding and training branch personnel, resolving staffing concerns, and playing a role in boosting sales of deposit and loan services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid the Market Manager in managing the branch's daily activities to maintain efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Provide consistent mentoring and instruction to branch personnel concerning product knowledge, services, and operational guidelines.
• Consult and engage with the Market Manager to settle personnel matters and coordinate the hiring and work shifts of the staff.
• Compile employee performance appraisals and other relevant records for review by Market Managers as required.
• Monitor operations and manage teller and customer service tasks without direct supervision from the Market Manager.
• The individual carries out duties related to sales production for new deposit and consumer loans and is knowledgeable about the services offered by the financial institution. They excel in identifying prospects for sales and appropriate referrals, demonstrating proficiency in this aspect of their role.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a background in overseeing teams, managing sales, providing customer service, and handling operations within a financial institution for at least three years.
• Effective communication through speech and writing.
• Established track record of effective customer sales and service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capability to operate independently and interact effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility in embracing change and adeptly juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Exceptional skills in organization, technical issue resolution, and utilizing computer technology.
• Established track record in leading and guiding individuals to execute tasks efficiently.
• Comprehensive familiarity with the processes, guidelines, and operating procedures related to branch functions, teller duties, and customer interactions.

Specific Job Functions:

• Supervise the branch's day-to-day activities and guarantee that all employees follow the Banks operational procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Responsible for overseeing the completion of branch cash audits and routine audit/security reports within the designated timeframe.
• Manage teller and customer service staffing schedules to ensure ample coverage and effective operational processes are sustained.
• Offer coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skill development to employees to expand their capabilities and knowledge across a range of areas such as operations, regulatory compliance, sales, and customer service.
• Take part in promotional efforts to boost awareness and generate interest in the products and services offered by Partners Bank.
• Possess expertise in the marketing, servicing, and individual creation of various deposit and consumer loan options.
• Engage in the planning and execution of employee performance assessments and paperwork.
• Participate in the selection of branch tellers and customer service representatives, and contribute to the formulation of strategies for managing employee misconduct.
• Able to handle branch operations during the temporary absence of the Market Manager
• Act as a bank representative at local events and advocate for staff engagement.
• Fulfill supplementary responsibilities as requested.
