Role Overview:Audit Team Lead

The Audit Team Lead is responsible for leading the planning and execution of audits that cover specific business units or functional divisions. They also supervise the Audit team throughout the audit processes.

Depth & Scope:

• Assists in devising audit plans tailored to specific businesses or functional units, detailing resource requirements and budgetary needs.
• Holds the primary obligation for concluding audits, including devising strategies, leading audits, and overseeing team members participating in multiple audits, resulting in drawing conclusions and presenting the scope and findings to the business unit.
• Carries out assessments on key audit areas. Analyzes audit documentation comprehensively. Administrates the monitoring of outcomes follow-up and issue validation.
• Confirms that audits are performed and finished in line with prescribed standards and within designated time, cost, and scope limitations to ensure timely completion.
• Leads a small to medium team assigned to an audit and delivers coaching and assessments regarding their performance throughout the audit.
• Through their specialized knowledge, they assess the internal and external risks associated with the designated business lines or functions they are assigned to.
• Handles communication with management about the audit scope, outcomes, and progress.

Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree required
• 7+ years of relevant experience
