Job Summary:

You will provide clients with personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice based on Schwab’s approach to investing. Working as a fiduciary within a dedicated team, you will help clients manage complex portfolios using a broad range of investment products. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized, ongoing financial advice to clients, leveraging Schwab’s wealth management solutions.
Work with clients to build and manage complex portfolios, utilizing a wide array of investment products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading.
Develop and deepen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through superior service and effective relationship management.
Collaborate within a team of experienced advisors and leverage industry-leading resources to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Act as a fiduciary, ensuring all advice aligns with clients’ best interests and financial goals.
Develop and implement customized financial strategies that are tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required.
Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
Active FINRA Series 66 license (or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment).
Three or more years of advisory experience in the financial services industry.
Five or more years of experience working directly with clients in a financial services capacity.
CFP or CFA designation preferred.
Superior relationship management and client retention experience.
Polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
