The duty of a Branch Banking Leader involves coaching a high-performing branch team to excel in meeting performance goals by instructing, training, and setting an example in sales techniques and maintaining operational quality. A major aspect of this role is coaching for improved sales performance, revenue expansion, and operational credibility, with a focus on successful sales strategies and customer interaction best practices while providing superior customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work towards increasing market growth of primary client relationships and realizing financial performance targets related to deposits, loans, and non-interest revenue. Actively engage in identifying and facilitating client connections to the appropriate team members to attain growth objectives and implement successful sales efforts.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner-produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Utilize resources and systems to engage clients and provide education. Foster a culture centered on delivering exceptional client experiences while remaining committed to fulfilling our mission and objectives. Resolve issues regarding branch operations and client satisfaction through analysis and action.
• Promote a structured approach to risk management within teams, enabling them to proactively identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, and employee risks while maintaining compliance with bank policies and industry regulations.
• Executes special projects and additional roles as the situation demands.
• Demonstrates ongoing dedication to adhering to regulatory and compliance standards tied to the specified job while fulfilling mandatory compliance training requirements. Tasked with ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and laws.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Level Education / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / International Corresponding, obligatory
• The job demands a background of five or more years in branch sales
• The position necessitates at least two years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Adherence to the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation requires obtaining registration through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• The desired qualification involves obtaining a four-year undergraduate degree or an equal alternative
