Determining how best to use your available time:
Utilizing personalized inquiries to transform transactions, account management activities, and routine service inquiries into cross-selling conversations that strengthen client relationships and address customer needs
Generating sales leads by contacting potential clients via phone, meeting with businesses to introduce workplace banking services, and building a referral network
Effectively planning and prioritizing to meet daily key performance metrics amid competing demands
Consistently applying learning procedures such as transaction management, cash handling, and completion of bank documentation in compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines

You have at least one year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role involving customer engagement, product recommendations, or sales influence (or equivalent relevant experience)
You have reliable transportation and the ability to work branch hours, including possible evenings and weekends
You are able to complete NMLS registration within 90 days
