Playing a vital role as a Client Services Manager entails:

• Fostering the advancement of our clients and the sustainability of their businesses by delivering comprehensive financial solutions, educational tools, and expert advice.
• Working together strategically with commercial lending partners, private banking colleagues, Retail Regional Managers, and Branch Managers to achieve sales strategy objectives.
• Proficiency in influencing the business priorities and outlining a strategy to stimulate growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Attain quarterly and annual targets through the generation of business in CI, CRE, mortgages, SBA loans, treasury services, deposit solutions, investment options, and various commercial and consumer products offered by East West Bank.
• Assist the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager in creating and implementing customer-focused strategic marketing plans aimed at acquiring new business by engaging in prospecting, outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Retain and employ a comprehensive comprehension of the bank's credit standards, client suitability, and all crucial business processes to ensure the provision of accurate and thorough commercial and consumer loan applications.
• Participate proactively in business events at the local and regional levels; organize and manage specific campaigns and functions.
• Give recommendations to management on the adequacy of the current competition policies and practices, when suitable.
• Provide guidance to customers on the utilization of our digital platforms for banking and investing with flexibility in timing and methods.
• Expected to undertake additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A successful history of sales within the commercial lending or private banking sector is essential, with a minimum of five years of experience required.
• Expertise in CI loans, SBA loans, or specialized lending tailored to different industries is a key skill.
• The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of financial institutions, credit and deposit products, and experience in managing international activities involving the U.S. and Greater China.
• Proficient in analytical functions, marketing/sales strategies, consultancy, and negotiation tactics.
• Clear and articulate in written and spoken interactions.
• Show a preference for bustling atmospheres, a dedication to producing outcomes, and adeptness at working with others.
• Expressing a fervent ambition and adeptness in shaping, educating, and forging connections among team members, partners, and clients within the technology domain.
• Shows aptitude in mastering and flexibly utilizing new information and digital platforms.
