Job Summary of Investment Banker:

In the role of a Investment Banker at Banner Bank, you will deliver top-notch customer service as the primary representative of the institution, ensuring precise and prompt handling of transactions. A key aspect of the job involves aiding clients in reaching their financial objectives through proactive recommendations of banking solutions, both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone. It is essential to uphold a strong sense of dependability and timeliness while collaborating efficiently with colleagues on various tasks.

Qualification of Investment Banker:

• 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales required
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills; basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills; excellent customer service skills
• NOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job.
