At PNC, the CRA Loan Specialist position involves assisting clients in understanding and completing the mortgage process to accomplish their dream of homeownership. Your role will include managing client relationships, offering expert advice on mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provides advice on mortgage loan options that satisfy both lending regulations and the particular preferences of the client.
• Oversees a customer portfolio, with a goal of preserving existing client relationships and expanding the client base through proactive sales efforts.
• Creates and designs specialized loan solutions while examining paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Capably handles the customer pipeline to meet targets in production and service execution.
• Works collectively with both internal and external partners to achieve successful outcomes in mortgage transactions.
• Obtains and interprets financial information from clients with complex or varied borrowing scenarios.
• Delivers personalized advice on mortgage products and related financial services to meet individual customer needs.
• Indicates a strong command of PNC's offerings, technological resources, and lending principles.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Evidenced success within the realm of mortgage sales or similar financial services roles.
• Sound knowledge of mortgage offerings, banking solutions, and the steps for loan origination.
• Proficient in client sourcing, relationship nurturing, and document correctness.
• Proficiency in communication, financial analysis, and consultative selling tactics.
• This role typically requires a college or university degree (or an equivalent blend of educational background and experience).
• No specified licenses are necessary.
