Job Requirements:

• Understanding HR laws and regulations is essential for navigating the legal landscape surrounding human resources.
• Possessing strong organizational skills and adept at handling numerous projects concurrently while adhering to timelines.
• Proficiency in both autonomous tasks and collaborative engagements within different groups and panels.
• Desired interaction with ADP Workforce Now Payroll System.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient in interpersonal abilities and capable of collaborating successfully with people across various hierarchies.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities along with the capacity to create reports and business letters effectively.
• Demonstrating wisdom and making well-considered choices within appropriate timeframes.

Specific Job Functions:

• Supervise the publication of job vacancies, aid in conducting interviews, and meticulously evaluate potential candidates.
• Supervise the onboarding and instructional process for newly recruited staff members.
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding the recruitment, dismissals, and enforcement of disciplinary measures for staff members.
• Supervise the duties of the HR Generalist/Benefits Coordinator and support the Training Manager in administering Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Address employee worries and offer necessary support, such as providing guidance on career progression.
• Help with enhancing interactions between employers and employees to uphold a constructive employer-employee dynamic and foster an atmosphere of elevated morale and drive amongst employees.
• Offer guidance to staff regarding the bank's disciplinary procedures and oversee the process of enhancing performance for employees who are not meeting expectations.
• Aid in the handling of payroll tasks and generating associated payroll documentation. Oversee the upkeep of staff personnel records.
• Support for Affirmative Action Plan completion, EEO-1 filing, and VETS 4212 reporting is available.
• Aid in managing the Performance Evaluation Software which is accountable for the submission of quarterly reports to the State.
• Submit routine updates to the Human Resources Director regarding the HR and Training Department's ongoing operations.
• Supervise the EAP Program and the Ergonomic/Safety Program.
• In charge of overseeing vendor relationships in the department.
• Help is needed with the quarterly verification of the 941 form and the Documentation of Deposits.
• Aid in conducting reviews within the Human Resources Division.
• Help in conducting the biannual evaluations of NMLS.
• Support, cultivate, and advise employees while offering necessary coaching and mentoring. Act as a substitute for the HR Generalist / Benefits Coordinator and Training Manager when required.
• Fulfill the role of United Way Donation Manager.
• Participant in the Human Resource Benefits Committee for MBA and NHBA.
• Engaged in volunteering within the community.
