The Assistant Branch Administrator plays a key role in:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in leading the branch team to meet high standards in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Promoting a customer-centric culture within the branch to exceed customer expectations and elevate satisfaction.
• Developing and strengthening both commercial and retail sales relationships while ensuring the branch meets its sales goals.
• Motivating and guiding branch staff to reach their full potential through training and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring operational excellence by enforcing bank policies, procedures, and regulations across the branch.
• Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals set for the team and branch.
• Overseeing daily branch operations and monitoring staff performance to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Coaching staff to maintain compliance with customer service protocols, operational standards, accurate transaction processing, and client engagement.
• Fostering a collaborative team environment by reviewing performance, addressing issues, and resolving conflicts.
• Taking on recruitment responsibilities including interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as delegating tasks appropriately.
• Inspiring and guiding employees to meet their sales and service objectives through mentoring and coaching.
• Leveraging digital tools and technologies to elevate the client’s digital banking experience.
• Educating clients on how to use convenient banking services, such as online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs, to complete simple transactions.
• Performing other duties as required by the Branch Manager.

Qualifications include:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Over four years of proven experience in team building, leadership, and staff development.
• Strong financial knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Experience working in a client-focused environment with a track record of delivering results.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and branch operations.
• Sales and service experience, including client acquisition and relationship-building.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adept at managing complex tasks, prioritizing, and delegating responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly.
