Job Title: Teller Representative

Job Overview:

This full-time role is based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center and requires 40 hours per week. The Teller Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required, excluding Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with banking policies.
Identify and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships to meet financial needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and security procedures.
Utilize digital banking tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
Support branch operational and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
6–12 months customer service experience required.
6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

Must adhere to all compliance programs, policies, and regulatory requirements. Completion of mandatory training is required, and additional duties may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation depending on experience, skills, and location.
