The Brank Service Representative holds the responsibility of handling customer transactions and addressing service inquiries within the branch. This role involves raising customer awareness and offering guidance on the various tools, resources, and services provided by the bank, as well as aiding the branch's sales initiatives by recognizing and directing potential sales leads to the relevant bank associate.

Key responsibilities of the position encompass, but are not restricted to, the subsequent tasks:

• Participating in discussions with customers to grasp their banking requirements and inclinations
• Executing transactions with precision and speed
• Helping with the management of account maintenance requirements
• Promoting customer understanding and knowledge of bank offerings, such as online banking functionalities
• Facilitating introductions between clients and other team members or banking professionals who can offer suitable financial solutions

Qualifications:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate is necessary for educational advancement
• Half a year of customer service or cash management background
• Prior sales background or past experience in the banking sector is beneficial
• Proficiency in financial understanding; familiarity with products and services offered by retail banks
