Floating Bank Teller

Position Overview:

A Floating Bank Teller is a banking professional who supports customers with a variety of financial services, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial guidance, and promoting banking products and services. Primary Responsibilities:

Assist customers with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
Provide information about banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings options
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage satisfaction and loyalty
Adhere to internal policies and comply with applicable government regulations
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a professional approach
Support the branch in achieving sales and customer service objectives
Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records and documentation
