Job Description:

Relationship Banking Managers are responsible for strengthening partnerships between the organization and its commercial clients, ensuring long-term growth and client satisfaction.

This role focuses on expanding business opportunities by developing and managing relationships with middle-market clients. You will provide customized financial solutions across lending, deposits, and other banking services while achieving sales objectives within defined risk parameters. The position requires the ability to identify new business prospects, deepen existing client relationships, and deliver strategic financial guidance. As the primary client contact, you will ensure all banking needs are met while managing a profitable and well-structured portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for loans, deposits, and cross-selling banking products.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize credit and financing solutions.
• Analyze financial data and monitor client credit performance.
• Provide strategic financial advice aligned with clients’ business goals.
• Build and maintain networks with industry professionals and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management standards.
• Drive portfolio growth while achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Additional Duties:

• Develop expertise in specialized industries or market segments as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex client portfolios
