We invite qualified and customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Banking Center team as Customer Care Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to enhance banking expertise, build significant client connections, and contribute to the overall success of the banking center.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

• The educational prerequisite involves either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Candidates who possess 2-3 years of cash-handling experience are preferred.
• Shows expertise in customer service and effective communication strategies.
• Impressive attention to detail with adept balancing skills.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and the capability to oversee multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the secure handling and transporting of boxes filled with cash and coins.
• Capacity to succeed in a team-oriented banking setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client support by aiding customers with account needs, inquiries, and requests for financial services.
• Comprehensively introduce and suggest suitable banking products and services tailored to meet the client's financial objectives.
• Support sales strategies by discovering opportunities to enrich client engagements and provide customers with additional banking alternatives.
• Undertake precise handling of debit and credit transactions, ensuring adherence to established banking procedures.
• Address client issues in a timely manner and offer solutions that enrich the overall customer service experience.
• Supervise the cash-handling activities at a financial facility, encompassing tasks like balancing the vault, managing cash orders, organizing currency transfers, and disbursing cash to authorized employees.
• Record cash handling activities meticulously, including the thorough completion of Currency Transaction Report (CTR) documentation and adherence to compliance regulations.
• Help in the establishment of new accounts and completion of required paperwork as necessary.
