Job Description:Client Engagement Associate

By elevating service standards and optimizing client interactions, Client Engagement Associate actively contribute to the progression and success of the business. They play an integral part in fostering growth and development by effectively utilizing the diverse capabilities of the company. This role necessitates a deep understanding of company policies and procedures to effectively represent the organization to clients and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Support:

  • Strengthen and nurture client connections through consistent interaction, handling client demands, resolving questions, offering advice, and maintaining the accuracy of crucial data and documents
  • Recognize and support clients in accessing Firm services and solutions that meet their needs, which may include banking products and services along with secure digital platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
  • Ensure approval and verify the legitimacy of the client while handling requests
  • Take care of client accounts, which involves gathering client details and mandatory documentation, executing money transfer operations as a demonstration
  • Assess and address client account alerts in a timely manner

Other:

  • Work alongside financial consultants to craft a comprehensive business strategy and fulfill service commitments to clients
  • Help drive the team's marketing efforts by preserving marketing assets, which encompasses digital and online networking outlets, and orchestrating customer functions and educational sessions
  • Stay actively involved in relevant training sessions and educational initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals, personal advancement, and awareness of policies, protocols, and innovative platforms, while also making a commitment to attending designated monthly training calls for field service personnel
  • Provide support to Financial Advisors by handling administrative responsibilities like answering phones, arranging travel plans, coordinating client meetings, compiling expense reports, and managing calendars and documents
  • Take an active role in projects led by the local management team
  • Regularly explore ways to leverage firm resources for exchanging ideas and working together with Financial Advisors

Academic qualifications, practical know-how, familiarity, and proficiencies are all vital factors for success:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in the industry is an added benefit
  • Readiness to secure Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) qualifications

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrating a high level of competency in computer proficiency and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office software
  • Exceptional written communication, interpersonal aptitude, and customer care capabilities
  • Known for being meticulous with a keen eye for details and displaying exceptional organizational skills, often adept at task prioritization
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with peers and contributing to group success
  • Competence in adapting to a high-speed and ever-changing work atmosphere
  • Goal-driven, self-propelled, and outcome-oriented
