Responsibilities:

• Deliver speedy, precise, and approachable customer service.
• Handle routine transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and processing payments on a daily basis.
• Start and manage client account maintenance.
• Determine customer needs accurately and suggest suitable banking services.
• Champion the utilization of electronic banking features and customer-operated assistance pathways.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulations to meet standards.
• Verify the correctness of records and reconcile financial transactions.
• Provide customers with solutions to their issues in a timely and efficient manner to boost satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Occasional excursions for educational workshops or meetings.
• Activities are performed within a branch facility.
