Being a Retail Banker Associate means you will have a crucial role in:

• Assisting individuals with their daily financial tasks.
• Helping customers discover the product that suits their unique needs.
• Offering clients the opportunity to engage with experts in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial fields for tailored financial guidance and support.
• Releasing cutting-edge tech products from the bank to address the growing requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Illustrating adept customer service proficiency by guiding clients through various financial transactions like cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange.
• Recording sizable deposits via Currency Transaction Reports.
• Discovering fraudulent activities to prevent potential financial harm to the bank.
• Verifying that financial transactions are conducted accurately and promptly, while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking standards.
• Enhancing current customer relationships and establishing connections with new clientele.
• Advising on suitable bank products such as savings schemes, financial management services, and real estate lending solutions customized to the unique needs of clientele.
• Exhibiting a keen understanding of how to maximize the benefits of digital resources and technologies to optimize clients' digital banking encounters.
• Having a sense of assurance in educating customers on executing banking transactions through online means, mobile apps, and self-service interfaces.
• Showing a skill for quickly mastering and adapting to new technology platforms and processes.
• Carrying out supplementary assignments as directed.

Qualifications include:

• Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree being preferred by employers.
• Familiarity with customer service practices and cash handling procedures gained through a year of experience.
• Candidates with a background of one year in a banking setting, specifically in roles like teller or new accounts, are desired for this position.
• The capacity to quickly and precisely learn about products, services, and procedures.
• Adept at providing superior service to meet customer requirements.
• Excellent precision in details and adept management of time.
• Proficiently utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel tools.
• Willingness to be flexible with weekend work requirements.
