Job Summary:Wealth Strategist

Responsibilities encompass providing consultative advice, sales support, and technical assistance to Wealth Strategist, actively participating in strategic planning, client management, and execution of the team's value proposition.

Mandatory Responsibilities:

• Aid in charting the strategic course for the Financial Advisor team to drive revenue enhancement.
• Analyze the goals, objectives, and risk tolerance of clients and prospects in consultations to recommend and carry out the implementation of fitting investment products and services.
• Aid customers in managing their trading activities, obtaining information, conducting research, resolving account challenges, and addressing general service concerns.
• Ensure continuous relationship upkeep by engaging in regular evaluations, advisory discussions, and customer support initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and execution of client presentations and materials.
• Help the Advisor in fostering and maintaining profitable securities and insurance sales through leveraging networking, internal referrals, and pinpointed opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Truist's professional criteria and follow the regulatory stipulations of FINRA and other oversight bodies.

Qualifications:

• The required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a similar field, or an alternative combination of education and relevant experience.
• Meeting the requirements entails having worked for a minimum of four years professionally, including a mandatory one-year stint in the securities industry.
• The FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams are a prerequisite.
• Appropriate state health and life insurance licenses that match the registrations of affiliated advisors.
• Well-versed in organizational efficiency, analytical prowess, effective problem-solving, interpersonal acumen, and successful relationship management, demonstrating expertise in various key areas.
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs effectively is important.
• Preparedness to attain further industry certifications pertaining to wealth or investment management.
