Job Description:Client Strategist

The primary duty of a Client Strategist at Regions is to establish a set of bank clients by fulfilling the financial goals of the clients through sound advice and support. This guidance is informed by a deep understanding of the customer's current financial situation and their short and long-term objectives. The preferred candidate should demonstrate a commitment to customer service and partnership building and should have prior experience as a branch-based Client Strategist.

Primary Responsibilities:

• An extensive array of investment options and products is provided to assist customers in achieving their goals, complemented by comprehensive Financial Planning services
• Identifies and acts upon all opportunities to establish customer relationships by prospecting effectively, utilizing leads, and participating in the local market and community
• Develops and maintains a resilient client network while managing a consistent flow of potential leads in the pipeline
• Exhibits expert-level portfolio planning skills and a comprehensive understanding of the industry and investment landscape
• Participates in the evaluation of investment performance and client connections
• Provides junior staff with regular updates on investment products and opportunities
• Upholds compliance requirements and follows company policies and industry protocols diligently

Work Schedule:

According to the Fair Labor Standards Act, this role is not subject to timekeeping requirements and does not warrant overtime compensation.

Requirements:

• The completion of either a high school diploma or a GED is necessary for meeting the educational requirements at the high school level
• Six months of interconnected involvement
• Series 7
• Series 63 & 65 or Series 66
• Within the first two months of employment, individuals need to obtain a Life Insurance License

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree
• Achieving Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant, or Certified Retirement Specialist status requires dedication to professional development and continuing education
• Demonstrating proficiency in Financial Advisory for a span of two years

Incentive Pay Plans:

Those in this position are entitled to join a commission incentive plan. They can receive commission by performing well against established metrics and objectives.
