As a Branch Relationship Advisor, the primary responsibility is to assist clients with their financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

A Branch Relationship Advisor provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in helping the team meet growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by connecting clients with the right team members for effective sales initiatives.
• Offer exceptional assistance to customers by addressing account questions, resolving problems, and managing complaints in a timely and effective manner. Create a positive client experience through informative engagement and educational support. Strive to achieve and exceed behavioral activity targets as defined by Retail Leadership, including soliciting referrals and promoting customer education.
• Process daily financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner to minimize preventable losses. Follow and understand all applicable bank policies and regulations for compliance.
• Executes unique tasks and additional duties and obligations when necessary. Consistently observes the regulatory and compliance policies and benchmarks related to the position, as indicated, and accomplishes essential compliance training. Accountable for ensuring compliance with pertinent federal, state, and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

• A high school degree or its substitute (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an equivalent foreign qualification is a prerequisite.
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales background is needed.
• Experience within the financial services sector is desired.
