Job Summary for Mortgage Loan Originator:

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at PNC, you will assist customers throughout the home financing process and help them achieve their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing expert guidance on mortgage solutions, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities for Mortgage Loan Originator:

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and customer financial needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while identifying opportunities to retain existing clients and generate new business through proactive sales initiatives.
• Create customized loan packages and review documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage the customer pipeline effectively to achieve production, sales, and service goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Gather and evaluate financial information for customers with complex or diverse borrowing needs.
• Provide professional advice on mortgage products, lending solutions, and related banking services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of PNC products, digital banking tools, and lending policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, banking services, and loan origination procedures.
• Experience in customer relationship management, lead generation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales abilities.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is generally preferred.
• No specific certifications or licenses are required unless mandated by applicable regulations.
