Job Description:

As a Private Client Banker at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

• Advises customers on the various options they have when conducting financial transactions.

• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Identifies sales openings and directs clients to the relevant team members for cultivating relationships.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Demonstrates adept handling of customer issues through application of product and procedural knowledge.
• Ensures that teller and branch tasks are carried out correctly, while adhering to the policies and procedures outlined by PNC.

Essential Skills:
