Job Description:Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs and providing appropriate banking products and services to support both current and future financial goals. Financial Analysts actively promote banking solutions through daily customer interactions, outbound calling efforts, business visits, networking events, and periodic “At Work” events. Analysts are expected to meet or exceed individual and branch performance goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the full range of available banking resources, including in-branch services, digital solutions, and strategic partnerships.
• Achieve individual and branch goals through proactive in-person engagement and outbound calling using a needs-based approach.
• Open and close customer accounts, assist with account selection, review account details, and ensure adherence to BSA and CIP requirements.
• Support consumer loan activities by identifying opportunities, maintaining awareness of loan procedures, and assisting with account management.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to appropriate teams supporting small businesses, corporate banking, financial advisors, and mortgage services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and documentation comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and transactions while recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented banking environment.
• Capability to guide and support branch staff in alignment with established procedures when required.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer-facing and goal-oriented roles.
• Ability to meet licensing and registration requirements associated with the role.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use digital and social platforms to support customer engagement and business development.

Other Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or operational support.
• Ability to provide guidance and assistance to partner teams within the market.
