Acting as a liaison between customers and TD, the Retail Banking Officer demonstrates the brand commitment by utilizing financial proficiency and personalized recommendations to support customers in their banking endeavors. By presenting TD solutions that align with customers' financial goals, this role contributes to business expansion and enhances customers' engagement with TD.

Qualifications:

  • The completion of high school education is marked by receiving a diploma or a GED certificate.
  • Demonstrating a history of customer service or sales experience for a period exceeding one year (volunteering, educational endeavors, or military service can be viable alternatives).
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Necessary to be able to conclude training for teller role.
  • Preferred qualifications involve exceptional skills in interacting with customers and educating them about products.
  • Outstanding organizational talents; proficient in multitasking within fast-paced contexts.
  • The capacity for clear, precise, and unambiguous communication.
  • Capability to rank tasks by importance, fulfill deadlines, and operate without continual direction.
  • Sound discretion and proficient problem-solving capabilities demonstrated.
  • Adept in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Notary License preferred.
