Position Overview:

A Floating Personal Banker is a flexible financial professional who supports multiple branch locations by assisting customers with a wide range of banking services, including account management, transaction processing, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products. This role is essential in building strong customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall success and performance of the banking institution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds
• Setting up and managing personal and professional financial accounts
• Assist with navigating through banking services like loans, credit cards, and savings plans
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
• Develop and manage robust customer relations to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Tackle customer issues swiftly and with professionalism
• Help the branch achieve its sales and service targets successfully
• Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
