Job Description for Financial Services Advisor:

The chosen candidate will have the responsibility of evaluating, interpreting, and creating data associated with the financial statements, forecasts, and budgets of the Bank. This demands a comprehensive understanding of financial matters and calls for sharp analytical abilities.

Responsibilities for Financial Services Advisor:

• Manages the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting tasks with the help of financial systems and spreadsheet tools, collaborating closely with Senior Leadership to develop precise and feasible financial strategies.
• Carry out a thorough variance analysis, pinpoint critical elements impacting performance opportunities and risks, and supply informative commentary to explain financial results to management.
• Convey financial data to Senior Leadership.
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and dashboards to monitor crucial performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Compile financial reports for senior leadership routinely, be it monthly, quarterly, or annually, incorporating charts and visual aids to highlight trends and foster understanding.
• Assist stakeholders throughout the organization in reporting and monitoring the factors shaping the business, financial impacts, and progress towards strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and other sectors to foster consistency of information between financial plans and operational implementation.
• Accomplish any other duties as specified.

Qualifications for Financial Services Advisor:

• Prospective candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field.
• Proficient in the field for a period of 3 to 5 years.
• Advanced grasp of financial concepts with proven expertise in financial modeling and analysis capabilities; demonstrated understanding of financial statement interpretation.
• Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills through the clear and concise communication of complex information.
• Building strong relationships and partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders across the Bank is a core aspect of this position.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint, is a necessary requirement, along with experience using tools like Hyperion Essbase, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Competency in overseeing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines successfully.
