Job Description:

As a Financial Advisor, your main responsibility will be to offer personalized financial advice and custom solutions to clients, aiding them in realizing their financial goals and navigating various life stages successfully. Your tasks will include developing strong client relationships, understanding their financial requirements, suggesting tailored strategies, and providing suitable financial recommendations. You will play a crucial role as a dependable ally in overseeing clients' investment goals, retirement planning, wealth management, and other critical financial priorities.

Financial Planning Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside clients to establish their financial objectives for the present and future by crafting a customized financial plan using brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and investment services
  • Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
  • Evaluates client requests and makes referrals to the appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and financial thresholds
  • Controls and mitigates risk within daily endeavors
  • Recognizes and engages potential new clientele through referrals or individuals frequenting financial centers
  • Shares coaching and feedback with referral partners utilizing knowledge of client needs and recommended services

Financial Planning Consultant Qualifications:

  • Holds at least one year of expertise in the investments field, with a background in investment education and a thorough comprehension of different investment vehicles.
  • Has a minimum of one year of experience in the financial sector or a sales setting where targets were achieved or surpassed.
  • Sets targets and fulfills them through unwavering determination.
  • Strengthens and maintains close ties.
  • Shows proficiency in working collaboratively with others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Skillfully connects with clients through effective and confident communication, demonstrating comfort in engaging with everyone.
  • Manages goals effectively in a fast-paced environment while navigating through challenges and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Is driven by a desire for learning, is quick to adapt to new information, and is focused on finding the best possible solutions for clients.
  • Efficiently oversees time and resources.
  • Adopts a meticulous and thoughtful stance in fusing essential regulatory reviews into the daily routines and lasting strategies for clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Having a solid grasp of computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Three years' experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Attained supplementary professional recognition in the form of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Achieved your insurance credentials.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Having a high school diploma, GED, or its equivalent is essential
