Job Title: Cash Services Teller

Job Overview:

This role is based at the financial center in Cherry Hill Mall and is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week. The Cash Services Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours, excluding Sundays, is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out customer transactions correctly in line with the bank's policies and procedures.
• Identify and recommend relevant offerings from financial institutions.
• Nurture solid connections with clients and address their monetary requirements effectively.
• Maintain adherence to rules, policies, and security measures to ensure compliance.
• Utilize online platforms to help customers and find resolutions to their issues.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of branch operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A mandatory requirement for this job is having 6 to 12 months of customer service experience.
• Prior experience in cash handling for a duration of 6 to 12 months is valued.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• Upholding compliance with all programs, policies, and regulations is essential, including participating in required training and reporting risks appropriately. There is also a possibility of being assigned additional duties by management.

Compensation:
