Role Overview:

This role facilitates the growth of banking skills, establishment of meaningful client relationships, and active participation in the banking center's accomplishments.

Primary Duties:

• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction by assisting clients with account requirements, questions, and financial service needs.
• Recommend banking products and services that are personalized to the client's unique needs and financial goals.
• Assist in boosting sales efforts by recognizing chances to deepen client involvement and introduce customers to further financial services.
• Perform accurate debit and credit transactions while following standardized banking practices.
• Attend to customer complaints efficiently and recommend solutions that improve the overall quality of customer interactions.
• Manage the cash operations at a banking center, including tasks such as reconciling the vault, placing cash orders, arranging for currency shipments, and distributing cash to authorized team members.
• Keep detailed cash management records up-to-date, including Currency Transaction Report (CTR) documentation and compliance obligations.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and finalizing essential documentation when needed.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Prospective applicants must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• An ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in handling cash transactions.
• Displays strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Superb precision in details with skilled coordination abilities.
• Recognized for exceptional organizational abilities and successfully managing various responsibilities.
• Capacity to properly hoist and transport boxes containing coins and currency provisions.
• Competence in operating efficiently in a team-centered banking environment.
