Role Overview:

Employees in Retail Support play a critical role in the success and daily operations of Zions Bank branches. Retail Support consists of traveling tellers and bankers who assist branches in their geographic area during staff absences. This role provides an opportunity to develop extensive banking skills while building professional networks. The mission is to support branches in achieving strategic objectives and advancing Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, customer service, financial auditing, or similar roles, or completion of an authorized company training program.
• Proficiency in cashiering, financial reconciliation, debit/credit management, and knowledge of banking products.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to maintain balance and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service while safeguarding the branch from potential losses.
• Maintain expertise in branch operations and best practices.
• Grow the client base using effective sales and coaching techniques, including processing loan applications, cross-selling bank products, and providing guidance across banking operations.
• Manage cash transactions and perform customer service duties at the branch.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
