Sales and Service Specialist

Job Description:

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in the Lehigh/Northampton County. The position requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work scheduled branch hours (excluding Sundays).

You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by balancing both sales and service functions, including processing transactions, managing account needs, and promoting financial products that help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
Open new accounts and support account maintenance and service-related requests
Use CRM tools and customer insights to build strong, personalized client relationships
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management guidelines
Assist customers in adopting and using digital banking tools and services

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 12 months of customer service or sales experience required
Prior cash handling experience (6–12 months) preferred
