Job Summary:Banking Solutions Manager

The Banking Solutions Manager is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining consumer, Corporate & Industrial (C&I), and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan and deposit portfolios. The role focuses on balancing loan growth with strong credit quality while minimizing risk through adherence to established banking policies. The RM evaluates client strengths, weaknesses, and risk factors to develop and maintain long-term relationships and deliver customized financial solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active portfolio of consumer, C&I, and CRE relationships, typically under $3–5MM, while meeting assigned goals for loans, deposits, revenue, profitability, and new client acquisition.
• Perform credit analysis and prepare loan documentation; structure and approve credit facilities within delegated authority or in coordination with Credit Officers.
• Monitor overall portfolio performance, including past due accounts, collateral exceptions, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and borrowing capacity.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and referral networks, promoting a wide range of banking products and services.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to Financial Center Managers and Market Leaders in managing C&I relationships.
• Maintain strong knowledge of deposit products, lending solutions, Treasury Management services, capital markets, and economic trends.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements, compliance updates, lending policies, and industry developments.
• Analyze client financial statements to assess overall financial health and business performance.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including documentation, approvals, closings, and resolution of issues.
• Participate in community engagement, networking events, and business development initiatives representing the bank.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications (Education):

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, lending, or business development preferred
• In-market experience preferred
• NMLS certification required within the first year of employment
