As the lead client relationship manager at Huntington Private Bank, the Wealth Strategist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive Wealth Plans for affluent clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Builds and nurtures relationships with both existing and prospective clients, coordinating with specialized professionals to execute the client’s Wealth Plan, with a focus on increasing assets under management, loans issued, and deposits secured.
• Expands business opportunities through active engagement and strong community and external networks.
• Delivers exceptional client service to maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Develops strong connections across Huntington’s business units to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Manages relationships of moderate to high complexity with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Life and Health Licenses must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management serving high or ultra-high-net-worth clients in banking, investment, or insurance sectors.
• This role may be classified as a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act or a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act; registration and additional qualifications may be required if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Securities and life insurance licenses are preferred but not required.
• Proven success in managing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client rapport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
