In the position of a Senior Personal Banker, you will have a significant impact on:

• Building, nurturing, and securing sustainable win-win partnerships with our client base.
• Assessing customers' financial particulars actively to advise, introduce, and market additional products and services that fulfill their requirements.
• Using the bank's newest technological advancements to satisfy the evolving needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities include:

• Reach the quarterly and annual sales benchmarks for the team/branch encompassing CI, CRE, SBA lending, mortgage products, treasury services, deposit accounts, wealth management solutions, investment options, international deposit services, wires, and other commercial and consumer financial products.
• Generate and formulate diverse loan products, such as HELOCs, Residential Mortgages, and Commercial Mortgages.
• Stay in compliance with annual renewals and regulatory obligations for MLO, gain a thorough comprehension of interest rates, financing, and calculations to provide superior service to potential mortgage applicants.
• Possess a deep understanding of the bank's loan portfolio and the prerequisites for eligibility.
• Offer assistance to clients for their financial needs including withdrawing cash, depositing money, transferring funds, making loan or credit card payments, wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• A dedicated professional with a proactive mindset and a client-centered focus on delivering optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates adept problem-solving and critical reasoning capabilities in satisfying client needs.
• Engage in partnerships with team members and other divisions to present customers with the most relevant product options.
• Engages with customers in a confident and articulate manner.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff to assist them in achieving branch sales and service goals.
• Experienced in applying digital solutions and technologies to improve the overall digital banking experience for clients.
• Intense motivation and capability to sway, inform, and foster relationships between customers and technology.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma is a must, while having a Bachelor's degree is highly recommended.
• Having accumulated over two years of experience in customer service, teller operations, sales functions, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) roles in the banking and financial service industry.
• Possessing both Series 6 and 63 licenses authorizes individuals to participate in investment dealings and life insurance sales.
• Possesses strong financial knowledge and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in sales and service, with a focus on effectively identifying potential customers and establishing meaningful relationships.
• Demonstrates expertise in branch technology and adeptness in mobile and online banking services.
• Skilled in tackling problems, making decisions, and providing top-notch customer service.
• Proficient in rapidly embracing unfamiliar processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in following prescribed rules and regulations for operations.
