Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their daily banking activities, including depositing, withdrawing, and transferring funds
• Establishing and looking after personal and entrepreneurial banking accounts
• Provide guidance on understanding and selecting from banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
• Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and with a high level of professionalism
• Partner with the branch to reach its sales and service targets successfully
