As a Financial Analyst at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions, and supporting branch operations. This role focuses on ensuring a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to offer relevant PNC products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized customer experience aimed at improving financial well-being and building customer loyalty.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on various financial options available for managing their transactions.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer clients to appropriate branch personnel.
• Promote customer engagement through branch activities, events, and meaningful discussions.
• Align PNC products and services with individual customer needs and preferences.
• Recognize potential sales opportunities and direct customers to the appropriate team members for relationship development.
• Guide customers in using digital banking platforms, technology solutions, and self-service tools for effective financial management.
• Apply product knowledge and procedural understanding to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Ensure all teller and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.
