Role Overview:

Our employees in Retail Support are key to the success and daily operations of Zions Bank branches. Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who assist branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position provides the opportunity to gain a broad set of banking skills while building professional connections. Our mission is to support branches in achieving strategic objectives and carrying out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of experience in banking, cash handling, client relations, financial reconciliation, or a related field, or completion of a company-endorsed training program.
• Proficiency in cashier functions, financial balancing, debit and credit processes, and knowledge of banking products.
• Strong understanding of mathematical principles.
• Ability to maintain balance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Skill in recommending relevant financial products based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier service while safeguarding the branch against potential losses.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand the client base using effective sales and coaching techniques, including loan processing, promoting bank services, and providing comprehensive support.
• Handle cash transactions and fulfill other customer service duties at the branch.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
