Job Description:

The Branch Service Representative provides exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account needs, financial transactions, and banking inquiries. This role focuses on delivering personalized service, recommending appropriate banking products and services, supporting branch operations, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the Retail Banking Center while creating a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account inquiries, banking transactions, and financial service requests.
• Recommend banking products and services that align with each client's financial goals and needs.
• Support branch sales efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and provide additional banking solutions.
• Accurately process debit, credit, deposit, withdrawal, and other financial transactions while following bank policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance the overall banking experience.
• Manage branch cash operations, including vault balancing, cash ordering, currency shipments, and cash distribution to authorized employees.
• Maintain accurate cash handling records, complete Currency Transaction Report (CTR) documentation, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Assist with opening new accounts and completing all required banking documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two to three years of cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to safely lift and transport boxes containing cash and coins.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented banking environment.
