Playing a key role in the branch team, the Commercial Banking Officerr focuses on attracting new clients, deepening existing relationships, and assisting clients in building confidence to meet their financial goals.   • Capture key details from client dialogues to identify avenues for enhancing their financial well-being and deliver targeted and effective financial wellness suggestions to assist them in reaching their financial objectives.

  • Establishing personal and commercial banking relationships, comprising consumer checking accounts, small business banking accounts, different deposit products, home equity financing solutions, unsecured lending options, and certificate investment plans.
  • Cultivating robust collaborations with branch teammates and line of business partners to focus on acquiring clients and strengthening relationships with current clients, while effectively managing influential networks both internally and externally.
  • Compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit guidelines, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of client interactions.
  • Assisting with client transactions on the Teller line is essential for the smooth functioning of branch operations.
  • Participate in and occasionally take the lead in morning sync-ups and end-of-day reviews.
  • Expected to carry out any other duties as delegated; roles, tasks, or responsibilities may be adjusted, or new ones may be allocated without prior warning.

Education Qualifications:

  • Required credentials encompass a high school diploma, GED, or similar business acumen
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-month experience in developing current and future customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and establishing referral networks is a key criterion.
